Rain joined Bahrain's regulatory sandbox in 2017 and obtained a full Central Bank of Bahrain crypto-asset license in 2019 — not 2017. The Abu Dhabi entity, Rain Trading Limited, received Financial Services Permission from ADGM's FSRA in 2023. Licenses are entity- and jurisdiction-specific; Bahrain and ADGM permissions are not interchangeable. Do not merge licenses across Rain entities or countries.
