Jonathan Ovadia is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OVEX, a South African digital-asset brokerage, exchange and OTC liquidity business founded in 2017. He studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town. OVEX focuses on high-volume trading, institutional liquidity, stablecoin settlement and cross-border financial access in African markets.

OVEX serves high-volume and institutional customers with exchange, OTC and settlement services. Its operations may span different legal entities and jurisdictions; map each registration and customer-facing product separately. Stablecoin and Bitcoin rails can reduce settlement friction but introduce issuer, custody, market, compliance and counterparty risks. Do not repeat 'processed billions' without a period, methodology and first-party evidence. Do not describe all services as regulated under one license.
