MENA lists Rahim as CEO of Deedsats but the current Deedsats team page lists him under Strategy. Use Strategy Lead, not CEO, until Deedsats updates its official page. The Deedsats wallet is pre-release (TestFlight beta 'coming soon') — do not describe it as generally available.
Bio
Rahim Taghizadegan is an Austrian economist, author and entrepreneur whose current Deedsats team page lists him under Strategy. Deedsats is developing a self-custodial mobile wallet for statutory company shares committed to Bitcoin UTXOs using RGB, with transfers on Bitcoin/Lightning and governance over Nostr. Taghizadegan also founded scholarium, an education initiative, and is associated with the Free Cities Foundation.
Deedsats
Deedsats proposes legal shares committed to Bitcoin UTXOs via RGB rather than generic bearer tokens. Legal ownership depends on the issuing entity, shareholder register, jurisdiction and enforceability. The planned wallet uses BIP-39 keys, peer-to-peer transfers and Nostr-based governance. Current site says TestFlight beta coming soon — wallet is not generally available. Do not call the unreleased wallet generally available. Do not describe RGB assets as trustless legal ownership without qualification.
scholarium
Taghizadegan founded scholarium, focused on education and Austrian economics. He is associated with the Free Cities Foundation and has authored more than 15 books (per public biographies; verify). Hosts the Austrian Economics Salon at the Hayek Institute (verify current status).
