Overview

WhiteBIT Nova is the crypto debit card from WhiteBIT, one of the larger European exchanges. Its pitch is blunt: a card with no opening fee, no monthly fee, no top-up fee, no cancellation fee and no inactivity fee, funded directly from your exchange balance.

Cashback is the other half of the offer. Nova advertises up to 10% back on eligible spending in up to three categories you choose each day, paid in real BTC or WBT rather than a points currency. The important caveat is the cap: cashback tops out at €25 a month, with a €5 minimum before you can claim it.

The card covers 31 markets in the EEA and Ukraine. Two published exceptions are worth knowing: reactivating an account after three months of inactivity costs €5, and physical card delivery is €12.

WhiteBIT Nova charges no opening, monthly, top-up or cancellation fees in the EEA and Ukraine and advertises up to 10% cashback. Tap also avoids a subscription with a free virtual card, and KuCard is the exchange-issued EEA alternative. The crypto cards directory compares the cashback caps.

Features & Benefits

What you get

  • Zero-fee structure — no card opening, monthly, top-up, cancellation or inactivity fees.
  • Up to 10% cashback in BTC or WBT on eligible purchases, in up to three categories chosen per day.
  • Instant funding from your WhiteBIT balance in USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, EURI, EURR or DOGE.
  • Virtual and physical cards, with physical delivery at €12.
  • No lock-up or staking requirement to hold or use the card.
  • 24/7 support through the exchange.

How the categories work

Rather than a flat rate, Nova rotates boosted cashback across three categories you pick each day. That structure rewards everyday spending patterns but makes the headline 10% hard to hit consistently — most users land on the lower promotional rates.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

Supported assets

WhiteBIT lists the Nova card's main balance assets as USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, EURI, EURR and DOGE — one of the broader token lists among European exchange cards, including euro-pegged stablecoins EURI and EURR.

Fiat support

Card spending settles in euros, which suits EEA holders with no FX exposure on domestic purchases.

WhiteBIT publishes €0 for card opening, monthly payments, top-ups, cancellation and inactivity. Two charges exist: €12 for physical card delivery and €5 to reactivate after three months of inactivity.

How much cashback can I earn?

Up to 10% on eligible purchases, but capped at €25 per month, and you need a minimum of €5 before you can claim it.

What are the cashback categories?

You select up to three categories per day, and the boosted rate applies to spending within them. Cashback rates for BTC and WBT are the same.
