A.What You Need to Provide
- PR content: 400–800 words
- Content format: Plain text, Word document, or Google Docs
- Cover image: 1007 × 480 px, JPG or PNG, under 2 MB
- Company logo: Provided for placement on the cover image by Bitnxt
- Optional in-content images: Maximum 2, recommended 800 × 450 px, under 1 MB each

General Publishing Guidelines
Submitted content must be original and must not have been published elsewhere. Duplicate or plagiarized content is not accepted.
All featured images must be 1007 × 480 pixels, JPG or PNG, and under 2 MB. Client logos should be provided as transparent PNG files for placement by Bitnxt.
Bitnxt may make minor adjustments to grammar, formatting, and writing style without changing the original meaning.
Eligible content will be published within 24 working hours after receiving the final, ready-to-publish materials.
Indexing typically occurs within 24 hours of publication. However, Google controls indexing, so the exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
Each published article receives one share across Bitnxt's official social media channels, including X/Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
Bitnxt does not accept paid PR, Blog, or News submissions in the following prohibited or restricted niches:
- Adult or explicit sexual content
- CBD, cannabis, and marijuana products
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Hacking tools, malware, spyware, or piracy software
- Academic cheating services
- Payday loans and predatory lending
- Unlicensed gambling, betting, or casino platforms
- Pirated or copyright-infringing content
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or extremist content
- Unregistered securities, pump-and-dump schemes, exit scams, or Ponzi-style crypto projects
- Fake exchanges, phishing platforms, or wallet-drainer tools
- Unverified medical claims
Bitnxt reserves the right to reject, without a refund, any submission that falls into these categories or violates Google's webmaster content policies, at its sole discretion.
Published content remains live indefinitely unless removal is necessary for legal, compliance, or editorial reasons.

- Content meets the required word count.
- Content is original and properly formatted.
- Featured image meets the required dimensions and file size.
- Company logo is provided in the appropriate format.
- Backlinks follow the selected publishing category's limits.
- All company information and URLs are accurate.
