SafePal Card is the banking arm of the SafePal wallet ecosystem — the hardware wallet company backed by Binance. Rather than a classic pre-load crypto card, it opens a Swiss IBAN account in your own name through FINMA-licensed partner Fiat24, then links a Mastercard debit card to it.
The fee structure is the selling point. There are no account creation or management fees, no wire-transfer fees, and crypto top-up fees are advertised from as low as 0.4%, with fiat transfers and deposits from around 0.6%. Fiat rails run on Arbitrum, which keeps gas costs down.
The catch is availability. SafePal splits its market into two tiers: around 39 countries get the full Mastercard service with a $100,000 monthly limit, while a second group of markets is capped at $1,000 a month without card support. The US is not on the list. There is also no cashback programme — SafePal rewards referrals instead, paying up to 40% of top-up fees from accounts you bring in.
SafePal's banking gateway opens a Swiss IBAN in your own name through FINMA-licensed partner Fiat24, with a card linked to the account. imToken is issued with the same Swiss partner, and SwissBorg offers a free virtual Mastercard with a Swiss pedigree. See the crypto cards directory for the account terms.
