What the PEXX Card is
PEXX is a stablecoin payments platform used mainly for cross-border payouts, and the card is its spending arm. It comes in physical and virtual form, is accepted anywhere the relevant network works, and is funded from a balance you hold in USD, USDT or USDC rather than from a linked bank account.
How you fund it
You top up with USD, USDT or USDC. On the fiat side PEXX provides a USD virtual account with real routing and account numbers obtainable without a US address, funded by ACH, Fedwire or SWIFT. PEXX also runs an Earn product that credits interest daily on USD, USDT or USDC balances, backed by US Treasury Bills.
What it costs
PEXX publishes its card pricing openly: a 0.6% platform fee on every card transaction, plus a 1.2% FX markup when a purchase is not in US dollars. There are no spending limits currently applied. On the account side, deposits are not FDIC-insured — funds are held with licensed partners.
Who it suits
PEXX advertises 150,000+ users and frames the card as a way to spend dollars globally while avoiding foreign transaction fees charged by banks, with transfers to more than 17 countries including India, Vietnam, the Philippines and China.
PEXX is a Singapore stablecoin payments platform whose debit card comes in physical and virtual form. NoOnes issues a virtual-only Visa for wallet spending, and PokePay covers both formats from Hong Kong. Compare availability in the crypto cards directory.
