NoOnes — the peer-to-peer marketplace formerly known as Paxful — issues a virtual USD Visa card directly from its wallet. You choose a top-up amount, pay for it in USDT, and the card is ready in seconds once your account is email- and phone-verified and ID-checked at L2.
It is a spend-your-crypto card rather than a rewards card: there is no cashback, and the economics run through transaction fees instead. Transactions settled outside the USA cost 3% + $0.50, charged by the issuing bank, while in-store contactless payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay carry 0.25%. Card withdrawals are free and are credited back to your wallet as USDT.
Availability is the limiting factor. The card is issued in most countries, but it is not available in the United States and roughly twenty other restricted jurisdictions, the maximum spend is $50,000 once you complete address verification, and up to three cards can be active at once.
NoOnes issues a virtual Visa to ID-verified users so they can spend USDT held in a NoOnes wallet online and through Apple Pay. UU Wallet funds its Visa Platinum the same way, and PEXX adds a physical card to its stablecoin payments account.
