Siddharth Menon is Co-Founder of WazirX and Founder of Payram and Tegro. WazirX, co-founded by Menon, Nischal Shetty and Sameer Mhatre, became one of India's prominent crypto exchanges before a significant security incident in July 2024 in which approximately $230 million in user assets were compromised from a multi-signature wallet managed by Liminal Custody. WazirX subsequently underwent a court-sanctioned restructuring under Singapore's Companies Act and relaunched trading in October 2025 with a Recovery Token mechanism to address user claims.
Menon historically served in a COO/Head of Product capacity at WazirX; his exact current operational role as of August 2026 should be verified against official WazirX communications, given Nischal Shetty's visible public leadership role.
