Pramod Yadav

Pramod Yadav is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SunCrypto, an India-based cryptocurrency exchange. He co-founded SunCrypto in 2021 alongside Umesh Kumar Prajapati, assuming responsibility for the platform's technology architecture, engineering infrastructure, security systems, and technical compliance controls. In his CTO role, Yadav has overseen the development of SunCrypto's spot, futures, order-book, and bot trading systems, as well as the platform's custody integrations and security practices including KYC, liveness checks, bank account verification, geo-risk controls, and transaction monitoring required under India's PMLA and FIU-IND framework. SunCrypto has made public claims regarding Ledger-related custody and insurance arrangements; the precise scope and limitations of these should be independently verified before being relied upon. Yadav's engineering background and technical leadership have been central to building the exchange's infrastructure. He remains in his CTO role in 2026, continuing to develop and secure SunCrypto's technology stack for Indian retail and institutional users.
