Monica Durga is a blockchain developer, technical architect and Web3 entrepreneur best known for founding xHashtag, a Solana-based protocol that evolved from play-to-earn and DAO-oriented community models into AI-agent monetization. Her blockchain engineering background includes technical-architecture work on Router Protocol, a cross-chain interoperability infrastructure project, and Dfyn Network, a decentralized exchange and liquidity protocol, where she served as Chief Technology Architect.
