Bio
Kyle Samani is Chairman of the Board of Forward Industries and Co-Founder of Multicoin Capital. He co-founded Multicoin Capital in 2017 alongside Tushar Jain, building it into one of the most recognized crypto-native hedge funds and venture firms, known in particular for its early and sustained conviction in Solana, DePIN, open finance, and crypto market-structure theses.
Samani served as Managing Partner at Multicoin for nearly a decade. In February 2026, he publicly stepped away from his day-to-day managing partner role at Multicoin and took on the role of Chairman of the Board at Forward Industries, a publicly traded company that has adopted a Solana treasury strategy. Forward Industries operates Solana treasury holdings, staking operations, and has developed the fwdSOL liquid-staking token and onchain AMM initiatives. Samani's role is as Chairman of the Board, not CEO, of Forward Industries.
He holds a degree from NYU Stern School of Business. Before Multicoin, Samani founded Pristine, a healthcare technology company that was acquired. His public commentary has been influential in shaping institutional narratives around Solana's performance architecture and DePIN as a category.
