Harsh Rajat is the Co-Founder of Push Protocol and Project Lead of Push Chain. He co-founded what was originally known as Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS) with Richa Joshi in 2020, addressing a notable gap in Web3 user experience: the absence of a decentralized, wallet-native notification layer. EPNS allowed decentralized applications to send notifications to users' wallet addresses without relying on centralized email or push notification services.
The project rebranded to Push Protocol and expanded from notifications into wallet-to-wallet messaging and chat functionality. More recently, Push Protocol announced Push Chain, a new Layer-1 blockchain infrastructure intended to provide a universal application layer enabling multi-chain applications. Rajat currently holds the title of Project Lead at Push Chain while remaining a co-founder of Push Protocol. As of August 2026, Push Chain has been undergoing security audits and mainnet preparation. Rajat is an active public communicator on Web3 communications infrastructure, frequently sharing technical updates on X and at conferences.
