Govind Soni is Co-Founder of CoinSwitch and Lemonn and Group CTO of PeepalCo. He co-founded CoinSwitch in 2017 alongside Ashish Singhal and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, contributing software engineering and technology leadership to the platform's early architecture and growth. Under the 2023 PeepalCo umbrella structure, Soni holds the Group CTO role, overseeing technology strategy across CoinSwitch's crypto trading platform and Lemonn's equities and mutual-fund app. CoinSwitch offers spot, futures, Web3, staking and API products, while Lemonn serves retail investors in traditional financial markets. Both operate under India's FIU-IND reporting requirements and PMLA compliance framework.
