Zypto is a self-custodial DeFi wallet with 24,000+ assets across 20+ blockchains, and its card is the exit from that wallet into everyday spending. It comes in physical and virtual form, both on Visa, and both funded from the crypto you already hold.
What it costs
The Premium cards carry no monthly fee. The physical Premium card costs $50 including activation and shipping, while the virtual card requires a $10 initial load and can be spending the same day. A cheaper Classic physical card exists but carries a $12 monthly fee, so the Premium physical card is the one to compare on a like-for-like basis. The cost that matters in use is the 3% off-ramp fee applied when you load the card from crypto.
How it behaves
This is a prepaid card: you load a balance from 100+ supported cryptocurrencies and spend only what you've loaded, which removes credit risk but also means loaded funds don't earn anything. Apple Pay and Google Pay are both supported. Zypto publishes a restricted list and suspended support for Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee from 12 March 2026, so eligibility is worth checking before you pay for the physical card.
The wider app
The card isn't the whole product - Zypto also runs crypto bill pay across 87,000+ billers in 120+ countries, gift cards and mobile top-ups, and sells the Vault Key Card, an NFC hardware wallet using split-key and AES-256 encryption. That breadth, combined with the prepaid model and regional restrictions, lands it at Tier-3 in our crypto card directory. Two related corners of the directory are worth a look: crypto gift cards for the voucher side and hardware wallets if the Vault Key Card interests you.
