SINGAPORE — ICADS 2027, the 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, will take place on April 8–10, 2027, at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport in Singapore. Organized by Aver Conferences, the event will bring together researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students to exchange knowledge and explore developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
The conference program is scheduled for April 8–9, followed by workshops on April 10. Participants will have opportunities to present research, discuss practical applications, and build connections across academic and industry communities.
ICADS 2027 Connects Research and Industry
ICADS 2027 aims to encourage collaboration between researchers developing new methods and professionals applying AI and data science within their organizations. The planned program includes keynote presentations, oral and poster sessions, panel discussions, exhibitions, and educational activities.
The conference will explore intelligent systems and data-driven decision-making, alongside the ethical, social, and technical questions surrounding AI adoption. Application areas include healthcare, finance, education, and smart cities.
The event welcomes data scientists, machine learning engineers, analytics leaders, university faculty, students, AI strategists, and startup founders seeking to exchange ideas and learn from different disciplines.
Scientific Tracks and Expert Speakers
The scientific program covers artificial intelligence and machine learning, data science and big data, responsible AI, and generative AI. These tracks will provide a platform for participants to discuss emerging research and its potential applications.
The organizer’s current keynote speaker listings include Prof. Kassem Saleh, Dr. Gopi Krishna Durbhaka, Prof. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi, Dr. Carlos Kuhn, and Dr. Oussama Hamid.
Through presentations and discussions, the conference aims to connect technical research with the challenges involved in developing and implementing AI systems.
Practical Workshops on AI Agents
The workshop program will examine how AI agents can be evaluated, secured, and governed before deployment.
A session led by Oussama H. Hamid of Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi will address agent evaluation, adversarial testing, tool permissions, human oversight, and production readiness. The workshop is designed for professionals and researchers involved in building, testing, or deploying agentic AI systems.
A second workshop, led by Dr. Momina Moetesum of the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan, will focus on defining when an AI agent should act independently and when it should seek human input.
Using scenario-based exercises, participants will work toward a one-page decision policy that can be adapted to an AI agent’s operating environment.
Registration and Research Submissions
Researchers and professionals can access registration options, abstract submission guidance, sponsorship information, and program updates through the official conference website.
The organizer currently lists December 14, 2026, as the abstract submission deadline and November 14, 2026, as the early-bird registration deadline.
