Rakesh Yadav is the Founder and CEO of FloBiz, the fintech company behind myBillBook, an AI-native accounting, invoicing, and business management platform serving Indian small and medium businesses. He previously co-founded Koinex with Rahul Raj and Aditya Naik in 2017, where he served as Chief Technology Officer, building the exchange's order-book engine, trading infrastructure, and technical systems. Koinex became one of India's leading multi-cryptocurrency exchanges before terminating all digital-asset operations in June 2019 following severe banking restrictions imposed by the RBI in April 2018 and the prolonged regulatory uncertainty that followed. After Koinex's closure, Rakesh co-founded FloBiz, channelling his engineering and product experience into building software for India's underserved SMB sector. Current 2026 professional sources identify him as Founder and CEO of FloBiz.
