Bio
Edul Patel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mudrex and Saber, two fintech platforms targeting crypto investment and payments. He co-founded Mudrex in 2018 alongside Prince Arora, Rohit Goyal, and Alankar Saxena. Before Mudrex, Patel co-founded Niffler, a consumer fintech app later acquired by Tapzo; he also has prior experience at Deutsche Bank in structured finance. He graduated with a B.Tech from IIT Bombay in 2011. Under Patel's leadership, Mudrex has evolved from an algorithmic trading automation platform into a broader crypto investment product offering index funds, direct crypto access, and regulated access to international Bitcoin spot ETFs for Indian investors — structured as an international investment product rather than a direct Indian listing. Saber is a separate payments and crypto-finance venture with Patel as CEO. Mudrex operates as a FIU-IND registered reporting entity. In 2026, Patel continues to lead both Mudrex and Saber, overseeing product expansion, compliance, and institutional/HNI offerings across both platforms.
