What the DogPay Card is
DogPay is a stablecoin payments platform offering virtual and physical cards alongside US, Hong Kong and Singapore business accounts. The card side is aimed at people who want to spend USDT on subscriptions, ads, shopping and travel without cashing out to a bank first.
How it is priced
On the free basic tier the card issuance fee is 10 USD and the top-up fee is 1%, with fiat-to-crypto conversion at 0.3%. Memberships at 199, 399 and 799 USD per month cut those numbers: card issuance drops to 5, 3 and 1 USD respectively, deposit fees fall from 0.3% to 0.05%, conversion from 0.3% to 0.1%, and stablecoin yield rises to 6.5%.
Where the card fits
DogPay lists the card use cases as AI and SaaS subscriptions such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, media and app stores including Netflix, YouTube Premium and Google Play, shopping and travel through online stores, in-store POS terminals and eligible ATMs, and advertising spend on Google Ads and Meta. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where eligible.
What to weigh
Card availability depends on region, identity verification, account review and the issuing partner's rules, and DogPay does not publish ATM fees or card spending limits. The 1% top-up on the free tier is competitive; the higher tiers only pay off for businesses with substantial volume, where the membership fee is offset by lower conversion and deposit costs.
DogPay splits its offer between a virtual card for subscriptions and online purchases and a physical card for the counter, funded with stablecoins. The UPay Card and the UU Wallet Card take a similar two-format approach funded from crypto balances, and the crypto cards directory compares their top-up rules.
