Sri Panwa is a mixed development housing both one- to two-bedroom pool villas and a selection of more extensive, distinctive residential homes. All Private Pool Villas feature a 12-meter infinity-edge swimming pool, sunbathing terraces, a private sala, and outdoor bathing areas overlooking the Andaman Sea. The three- to five-bedroom residential villas include similar aspects but on a much grander scale.
The Habita
At the center of Sri Panwa's oasis of calm and luxury is The Habita — an enclave of 20 Pool Suites and 10 Penthouses. Measuring approximately 70 sqm up to 140 sqm, each unit boasts an infinity swimming pool and offers all the modern comforts of luxury living. The Habita is also home to Baba Chino, Baba Hot Box, and an Olympic-size forest waterfall pool. Yaya – Events & Conventions
Sri Panwa's newly opened Yaya complex remixes meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and grand events. The structure consists of two convention halls holding 400 people and an additional 24 pool suites, all in Sri Panwa's signature luxury style with 360° views of the Andaman Sea.
