QFC Digital Assets Regulations 2024
The QFC Digital Assets Regulations 2024 create legal recognition and property-right rules for permitted digital tokens within the Qatar Financial Centre framework. They cover token services, custody and related market infrastructure, including treatment of smart contracts. Important scope note: the framework excludes cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and other excluded tokens — it is not a general Qatar crypto law.
